12 dates, pitted and diced
⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 ½ tablespoons almond butter
Directions
Mix dates, coconut, and almond butter together in a bowl; form into teaspoon-size balls. Refrigerate or store in the freezer.
For a chocolate option, try adding a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa. Yum!
Substitute peanut butter or cashew butter for almond butter if desired.
You can dice the dates in a food processor too.
