8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cups torn fresh spinach

4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage, breaking into smaller pieces, in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Mix noodles into sausage.
